Returns

To return a The Kreative Print Shop product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at hazellart@hazellart.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all invoices and spec sheets prior to approving them. Orders that are not in compliance with our sales order form contract after sample approval will be credited to your account. There are no cash or credit card refunds, The Kreative Print Shop only offers refunds in the form of a credit to your account for future orders. The Kreative Print Shop order credits are valid for one (1) year from date issued. Credits older than one (1) will be honored only if the client can present a hardcopy of the invoice reflecting the credit. Customers have 5 calendar days from receiving the order to make any claims of unsatisfactory or make claim to return the order for damages or any other claim to return order back to The Kreative Print Shop for issues.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what the invoice states, or if your order is considerably different than the artwork approval and print policy, then you may return the custom goods within 14 days.

All returns inquires must call 443.842.3900 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number before any return can be processed.

All returns must be sent back by freight prepaid, unless a prepaid label is provided.

A notice of complaint needs to be made within 5 business days if a defective product is found within your order or if your order was short shipped. 

If a product is returned without an RMA number, product is returned that was not purchased from The Kreative Print Shop, or product falls in line with our garment, artwork, and print policy, you will be notified and have one week to respond or no credits will be issued. You may also request the product to be shipped back at your expense. Return authorization will expire 30 days from the issue date.

Sample products cannot be refused, cancelled, or returned.
