  • I placed an order online and selected to pick it up locally, when can I pick up my order?

Orders are available for pick up from our facility Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm.

  • What your maximum print size?

Our standard print area is 12.5" wide by 15.5" high. We do offer oversized printing for an additional charge. Those dimensions are 18" wide by 22" high.

  • What are you minimums?

Direct to Garment: 1 - 48pcs

  • What types of art files should I send?

Please send you art as Illustrator or Corel Draw files as .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or Photoshop files as a .PSD at 300DPI. Convert all fonts to outlines.

  • What is meant by outlines?

In Illustrator and Corel Draw converting fonts to outlines transforms text into universally recognized shapes and paths.

  • What types of inks do you offer?

Plastisol (most common), Water-based, Discharge, CMYK,  Foil, Puff, Reflective, Metallic, Glitter and Glow-in-the-Dark. Additional costs may apply.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX), cash and checks. (No personal checks)

  • Can I get a sample before my order goes into production?

Yes. Samples cost $50(+$25/additional color) + setup charges + print charges + garment cost(s).

  • Can you do my art?

Yes. We can either design it from idea or clean up what you already have. Our illustrators and artist bill at $75/hour in 30 minute increments, 1 hour minimum.

  • Do you digitize?

Yes. Digitizing starts at $35.

  • What other services do you offer?

Tag removal, tag printing, sewn in tags, sleeve printing, leg printing, folding, bagging, hangtag install and more. Call us if there’s a service you’re interested in us performing. Additional costs do apply.

Do you only print t-shirts?

No. We also do bags, totes, aprons, towels, sweats, caps, umbrellas, glass, jerseys, sweaters, posters, boxes and more. Call us to inquire about additional items. We also offer promotional items (pens, cups etc.), car window vinyl decal, indoor wall vinyl, design and print services for flyers, banners, step & repeats, brochures, business cards, logos and more. Call to inquire about additional services.

  • Do you offer sublimation?

Currently we don’t offer sublimation.

  • How do I cancel an order already in process?

​​​​​​​You have 24 hours from making payment to cancel or change your order. Cancellation costs may be incurred. Rush orders cannot be cancelled or changed once paid for.
